DTE Monroe Power Plant Pumping Package

This pumping skid for the DTE Monroe Power Plant was designed by the ProPak Engineering Team in partnership with Gerald Potapa, Jr. CPD from R.L. Deppmann and Emory Bauer at CDA Engineering. It includes variable speed Bell & Gossett duplex pumps with our stand-alone pump controller including flow metering. The piping was insulated and the entire assembly shrink-wrapped for delivery to the site. 

Custom Heat Transfer Package with a Small Footprint

This ProPak Solutions project required a heat transfer package for 5000 MBH with the steam, condensate, and heating hot water piping and equipment assembled with single-point connections. We met the critical constraint of a 10’ x 7’ footprint while maintaining service clearances for the equipment. This control panel utilized a touch screen interface and Allen-Bradley controls.
