Dow Gardens
A compact snowmelt boiler package for Dow Gardens. This Snowmelt System features an AERCO International Inc. Benchmark 1000 Boiler, Bell & Gossett e-90 pump and D60 expansion tank, Wessells Company glycol makeup unit, and a ProPak controller based on the Tekmar 680. Designed with a compact footprint and standardized controls for reliable, easy-to-maintain operation through Michigan’s toughest winters.
Munson Healthcare
This repeat water-to-water Snowmelt System includes a Bell & Gossett e-90 pump, expansion tank, and brazed plate heat exchanger, along with a Wessells Company glycol makeup unit and Griswold Controls control valve. A Tekmar 680-based controller manages operation for reliable performance and simplified installation.
IU Health
This boiler snowmelt package was designed for IU Health’s helicopter pad to ensure safe and reliable operation during winter conditions. Developed with hydronic and steam equipment, package features a Clever Brooks ClearFire® CFC-E-4000 condensing boiler, Bell & Gossett e-1510 end suction pump with accessories, Bell & Gossett Rolairtrol® air separator, B85 expansion tank, Wessels Company GMP13050 makeup unit, and a ProPak snowmelt control panel based on Tekmar 680.
